One word to describe the brisket and ribs here: Amazing! The reviews were legit, it does melt in your mouth and is juicy all the way through unlike other places. I've had bbq across Sydney and this place is the best i've had! You can tell when they take pride in what they do, and the owner definetly loves what he does. Whats's up with that bbq sauce? Its amazing! The rub is just perfect, not too spicy, not salty just right! Definetly worth the travel, we drove 40 minutes to get here and only thing I regret is leaving too soon! We'll be back! ”

“ The man has learnt his craft and he has learnt it well! Ordered everything off the menu and it was well worth it as it is something I cannot try to replicate. Incredibly tender, full of flavour but doesn't overpower the meat. Even Smoked beans and the bbq sauce was a 10/10. Also loved the western music playing. Family owned small business that I truly hope is here long term. I highly recommend everyone to come along. We took a friend here who I didnt know wasn't that into ribs. He cleaned his dish up. “ The experience was amazing. Driving up, I almost missed this place. My first thought was 'it's either a dive or really authentic'. Well..... Authentic it was. The brisket was amazing, full of flavour, breaks in your mouth and leaves you wanting more. Service was exactly as I expected, looked like a dad and son, doing a great job. They didn't have any buns so I got the nachos. They were genuinely apologetic, which made it nothing more than blip of inconvenience. They checked in to make sure the food was to standard and it sure was. I don't go to Penrith often, but when I do again, I'll definitely be back. ”
